If you find a factual error, want a post removed, or want to appeal a moderation decision, here's how to reach us — and what to expect.

Factual errors

For factual errors in our editorial content (city guides, lists, published posts authored by Telangana Buzz), use the contact form and:

Link to the page in question.
Quote the specific claim you believe is wrong.
Provide the corrected fact and a source we can verify against.

We aim to acknowledge corrections within 72 hours and to publish a correction (or update the page) within a week. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the page with the date changed.

Takedowns of user-submitted content

For posts, comments, classifieds, or listings submitted by other users that violate our community guidelines (harassment, illegal content, doxxing, copyright infringement, impersonation, etc.), use the contact form with:

The post URL.
The reason for the takedown, citing the specific guideline.
For copyright claims: a statement that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on the rights-holder's behalf, and the original work you believe was infringed.

We remove clear violations on sight. Borderline cases are reviewed by a second moderator within 72 hours.

Appeals

If your post was removed and you believe it shouldn't have been, reply to the moderation notice (or use the contact form) with the reasoning. Appeals are reviewed by a second moderator.

What we don't do

We don't remove accurate information because the subject finds it unflattering. Right-to-be-forgotten requests are evaluated against the public interest in the information remaining available.
We don't litigate factual disputes between users in classifieds or marketplace posts. We can remove demonstrably fraudulent listings, but for transactional disputes you should pursue the platform or payment-provider channels.
